One staff member with "Provisional" background check status was observed present and supervising 10 children ages 2 years old alone during naptime on the inspection date 4/15/2024.
Based on the information gathered, there's sufficient evidence the caregiver did not serve the food on a plate or napkin in a sanitary manner.
One employee with "Inactive" background check status was confirmed present and was on the field trip with the children in care. This was corrected when the Background check for the employee was resubmitted during the inspection.
