Upon arrival three children ages 18-23 months were observed sitting in highchairs. The safety straps were missing.

Admission records were reviewed for five children enrolled and the following was determined: Three need emergency contact information. Three needed a special needs statement. Two needed the admission date. Two needed release persons. One needed emergency care information.

A baby walker was observed at the operation.

The outdoor area designated for childcare use is currently under construction.

During this inspection I observed two children sleeping on a sofa.

Written feeding instructions is needed for one infant in care.
