During naptime is was observed that there was not adequate spacing between the mats the children were sleeping on to allow them to walk through the mats without stepping over them. A photo was taken.

I observed children under two watching televison during the unannounced monitoring inspection. Inspector informed the caregiver that children under two do not have screen time. Caregiver turned the television off.

While at the operation it was observed that two 11 month old infants were in their cribs with a blanket. A photo was taken and the blankets were removed while I was present.
Screen time was being utilitzed during mealtime and for children under the age of 2 years old in the 12 months to 18 months classroom. This was corrected when the caregiver turned off the movie.
Based on investigation findings, it was determined that diaper changes are not conducted promptly.
There was no fire drill documented for the month of August.
Based on the documentation obtained during the investigation, it was assessed that there was no emergency medical authorization information.
Two toddler size play structure outside did not have surfacing around or underneath.
