A spray bottle with a clorox solution was within reach of children in the pre-k and school age classrooms. This was corrected when the teachers place the products out of reach of the children. A storage hallway with chemicals and cleaning supplies was observed having open access to the school age classroom. There was no door to prevent access to children.

The director and two caregivers are missing the CPR and First Aid Certifications.
An infant was observed sleeping in a restrictive device. This was corrected when the caregiver removed the child from the sleeping device and placed the infant in a crib.

The director received 5 of the 30 clock hours of required annual training for the 8/22-8/23 training year. The director will need to receive 25 clock hours of make-up training that will not count towards the current training year. The following trainings are missing: Child growth and development; Guidance and discipline; Age-appropriate curriculum; Teacher-child interaction; Serving children with special care needs; Child maltreatment; Shaken baby syndrome; Safe sleep; brain development; Emergency preparedness; Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases; Administering medication; Preventing and responding to emergencies; Understanding building and physical premises safety; Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials.
One of the vans used for transportation did not have a first aid kit. This was corrected when a caregiver was able to provide one and place it in the van.
Although, the required 24 hours of annual training were complete, these specific topis were not completed as required. Two of the four files reviewed did not have the reuired topics for training complete.
