The caregiver asked children if they had their cell phones and proceeded to tell the children if they had cell phones to go to a specific table. The children were not doing homework and were watching videos. Note: I explained to the caregiver that unless the children are doing homework, cell phones were not allowed and he told the children to put the phones away.
