This standard was evaluated in regard to a report received and compliance was not met. A review of sign in/out logs and staff cards reveal the center was out of compliance on 6/26/24. Six infants were in care, ages 3 months, 6 months, 13 months, 15 months, 2-17 months old; with one caregiver. The specified age group was 12-17 months old. With this specified age group, one caregiver can care for 5 infants. There were 26 children in care ages 1-21 months, 7-2 yr olds, 6-3 yr olds, 7-4 yr olds, 4-5 yr olds and 1-9 yr old with one caregiver. The specified age group was 3 yrs old. With this specified age group, one caregiver can care for 15 children.
This standard was evaluated in regard to a report and compliance was not met. On 6/19/24 there were 13 children, ages 13 months old to 9 years with one caregiver. Infants can't be combined with children that are more than 18 months older than the youngest child in the group.
