All Licensed childcare centers must annually report to CCR the number of employees who left employment the previous year by January 15. The deadline for entering the number of employees who left employment in 2023 is 1/15/2024. If you have not already you must log in to your childcare regulation account and report the number of employee that left your employment in 2023

The October 2021 fire drill was not documented. Note- This was corrected during the inspection when the fire drill was documented.

The two children who are transported did not have emergency medical authorization in the vehicle. Note- This was corrected during the inspection when the emergency medical authorization was added to the vehicle for both children.

One caregiver did not have current CPR certification.

Two out of ten children's records evaluated did not have up to date immunization records on file.

The operation has not completed a Children's Product Safety Annual Certification since 2019. Note- This was corrected during the inspection when the director completed the Children's Product Safety Annual Certification.

One caregiver did not have current First Aid certification.

The director was missing annual training in the required topics of Handling, Storing, and Disposing of Hazardous Materials, and Preventing Child Maltreatment.

Two out of two caregivers who have been employed for more than a year did not have the required 24 hours of annual training. One caregiver had 22 hours and the second caregiver had 10 hours. Both caregivers were missing annual training in the required topics of Handling, Storing, and Disposing of Hazardous Materials, Administering Medications, Preventing and Responding to Emergencies due to Food Allergies, Building and Premises Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Preventing Child Maltreatment, and SIDS/Shaken Baby.
