The activities on devices were not related to a planned activity and the caregiver was not aware of what the children were doing on their devices and the caregiver stated the parents wanted them to be on there tablets because it is summertime. The other children were also watching TV that did not relate to the curriculum and planned activities. This was corrected during the inspection when the director turned off the TV and put the children's tablets away.

Both caregivers were missing training in the required topics of Handling, Storing, and Disposing of Hazardous Materials, Administering Medications, Preventing and Responding to Emergencies due to Food Allergies, Emergency Preparedness, Preventing the Spread of Communicable Diseases, and Building and Premises Safety. Also missing training in the required topics of SIDS/Shaken Baby.

There were two baby walkers observed in the nap area. Director removed both baby walkers.
