I observed in the infant room a paint bucket and paint pail filled with paint on the changing table and near bottles. I also observed a caregiver painting and washing paint brushes in the infant sink while 3 infants were in care on the floor.
I observed a classroom with 7 children napping with no adequate lighting.
I observed a caregiver answer the door leaving 2 kids unsupervised, I also observed a caregiver take a child to the restroom leaving the classroom with 7 kids unsupervised.
A caregiver was in direct care of a child without an active background check.
Seven complete personnel files were not available for me to observe during my inspection.
I observed two nails and two jacket hooks protruding from the outdoor playground fencing.
There was no child safety alarm installed in the vehicle that is currently being used to transport children in care.
Based on the information obtained, there is sufficient evidence to suggest the operation did not have a signed authorization to drop off and pick up the child from his home. The signed transportation authorization states the child should be dropped off and picked up from the child's elementary school and not the child's home.
