Documentation of the checks and test for the smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher is not being kept. All test and checks of the equipment must be done monthly and documented. Also, documentation showing the fire extingsuiher has been serviced within the last year was not available for review.

The child care home is not practicing fire drills every month. The last fire drill was conducted in March 2021.

The primary caregiver received 2 of the 30 clock hours of required annual training for the November 2019-November 2020 training year. The caregiver will need to received 28 clock hours of make-up trailing. The make-up training hours will not count towards the current training year.

The emergency evacuation and relocation diagram does not show the designated location inside the home in case of severe weather or intruder.
