During the investigation inspection in the infant classroom, I observed a bottle with the infant's first name only and a trainning cup with no name labeled on it. This was corrected at the inspection when the bottle and trainning cup was labeled.
A 5 month old was observed napping on top of a bean bag in the crib.
During the follow up inspection, I observed 4 infants age ranged from 5-11 months old left unspervised. The caregiver present left the classroom to go clean up the operation.
Upon my entrance to the infant classroom I observed a 5 month old a sleep in the crib with a blanket covering them. This was corrected when the director removed the blanket.
The caregiver that left the infant classroom unsupervised did not have a clear background check.
I observed five infants ages ranging from 4 months-13 months old with one caregiver present.
Three out of five infants needed an updated feeding instructions.
In the lunch room I observed 5 children ages ranging from 2-5 years with one caregiver who left the children unsupervised to walk inside of the infant classroom. I also observed a school age child 7 years old in the school age room left alone to do virtual learning.
