During the inspection a caregiver stated that they wash bottles out in the hand washing sink.

During the walk through a caregiver was heard yelling to a child in the PreK classroom, " If you don't stop screaming, you will not get anything!" This was during lunchtime.

A caregiver in the PreK classroom was heard yelling from the back of the center as we entered the front of the building.

Information was obtained during an investigation inspection that a caregiver responsible for the school age children uses their personal cellphone device to take phone calls while children are in care.

During this investigation, it was determined a caregiver responsible for the school age group is using profane language while children are in care.

During an investigation, it was determined that children were engaged in screen time activities during rest times that were not related to the planned activities to meet educational goals, not age appropriate, and contained advertising or violence.

During an investigation, it was determined that caregivers were leaving children unattended.

Children in the toddler classroom were observed jumping on chairs, sitting on a table, running around the classroom, and pulling other children across the floor on chairs.

The activity plans were not posted in the classrooms. Note: This was corrected at inspection.

The Director's record did not have any of the required personnel documents availalble for review during the inspection. A caregiver hired 06/01/21 did not have the education requirement available for review during the inspection.

1 child's record out of 10 read did not have the special needs section acknowledged.

2 children who just started were not signed in for the day. Note: This was discussed with the Director and caregiver and corrected at inspection.
