While conducting the follow up inspection during naptime, a 6 months old was observed napping in the same classroom as two 4 year old children. This was corrected at the time of the inspection when the 2 children were removed from the infant classroom.

During the follow up inspection the vehicle used to transport children that seat 8 or more was still not equipped with an electronic child safety alarm.

One out of two infants needed an updated feeding instruction signed by a parent.
