One employee was observed working with children in care and did not have a completed background check with the operation. This was corrected when the employee was removed from caring for children and a background check was submitted to be completed.

During the investigation it was found that a child had been left sleeping in a classroom without a caregiver for between 2-4 minutes. This was corrected at inspection when supervision was observed to meet compliance and the caregiver responsible for this incident was found to no longer be employed with the operation.
