The operational policies lacked the following information: 1. The duration of outside play time. 2. Informing parents of their rights as a parent of a child enrolled in child care. 3. How parents may access Minimum Standards, Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline and the HHSC website 4. Safe sleep policy for children 12 months and younger

The emergency preparedness plan does not state the procedures for a shelter in place/lock down drills.

The CPSC certiciation form verifying all equiment in the home is safe has not been completed.

A smoke detector is not located in the room used by children.

One individual who answered the door did not have an active background check while 2 children were present in care. The primary caregiver stated that the individual completed their fingerprint on 03/23/2022. As of 03/24/2022, the background check portrays as pending.

During the inspection the primary caregiver did not have the required annual 30 hours avaible for review.

Three out of seven children's file did not contain an emergency contact.

The home did not contain a carbon monoxide upstairs. The primary caregiver stated they were not aware that they needed one upstairs.

One out of seven children's file did not include a copy of current immunization record.

A total of 7 children were observed in care, 22 months-4 years of age.

The primary caregiver did not have a notarized affidavit avaible for review.
