3 gallons of milk dated 4/15, 4/16 and 4/16 was observed to be in the refrigerator. One of the gallon with the 4/16 exppiration date was served to children for breakfast. NOTE: Corrected at the inspection. All expired milk was disposed of during the inspection.

3 children observed sitting in a bean shaped table with straps were not observed to be strapped in. One of the seats did not have straps.
A 6 mo old not yet on table food did not have feeding instructions completed by the parent

The child safety alarm on one of the vehicles being used for transportation was not operational during the inspection NOTE: The operation was informed the van may not be used until the safety alarm has been repaired
