In the toddler classroom it was dark when I walked in the classroom where it was hard to see the children. Corrected: When the caregiver open the blinds in the classroom.
A three month old infant was sleeping in a bouncer. Corrected: When the caregiver took the infant out the bouncer.
A caregiver stated she had 10 children, when I counted they were 11 children in care the caregiver was unaware of how many children she had during nap time.
Two caregivers one in the infant class and one in the toddler class observed providing direct care to the infants in these classrooms prior to receiving eligibility status.
