It was observed in the pre-school classroom a caregivers supervising 15 children specified age group three years old while they took a nap. The caregiver had conditions they were not allowed to be alone with children.

In the toddler classroom they was not adequate light when children were napping, the caregiver had to use a flash light to see the children's face. They was a lap on, it was on the other side of the classroom.
The infant classroom had eight children specified age group 0-11 months old, the class was out of ratio by four when the employee walked out the room to answer the door and to walk into another classroom.
It was noticed that there were no thermometer and adhesive tape in the first aid kit in one of the vans used to transport the children.
