Nails were observed on the fence outdoor. The wooden fence also has one hole on it. This must be repaired.

Operation currently do not have completed annual inspection.

Operational policies was missing items:12,18,20,26 A through E. 27,28, and 29.

Operation is currently working on their fire inspection.
