In the second infant classroom it was one caregiver with 6 children SAG 0-11 months they were two children over. In the three infant classroom they was one caregiver with 6 children SAG 12-17 months, they were one child over.
After further review it was determination that the operation was not allowing parents in the building.
It was observed infants sitting in restrictive device and high chairs for over 15 minutes and not given the opportunity to get on the floor and play.
