During review of fire safety, the home was found to not have conducted a fire drill for the month of February 2025.

During the inspection I observed 4 children lying down in playpens and mats drinking a bottle or training cup. This was corrected when the cups and bottles were removed from the children or the caregiver sat the children upright.

During the inspection I obersed 6 children 2 and under watching television that was not found to be realted to a planned activity. I also observed a 10 year old watching tv on a tablet while eating at the table.

During the walkthrough I observed a beer can, water house, propane tank with weed killer bottles on the ground accessible to children. I also observed an open gate to the pond in the backyard. The gate was closed and secured by latch, the beer can was removed as well as the weed killer. The propane tank was removed.
