One child?s medication was increased to twice a day on 2/26/21, however the child continued to have the medication administered once a day until 3/9/21; two of the child?s medication?s dosage was increased on 2/26/21, but the child continued to get the lower dose until 3/1/21 and 3/2/21 On child?s medication was given twice a day instead of once of day from 2/1/21 to 3/2/21; one of her medications was given QAM instead of QHS From 2/1/21 to 2/20/21 one child received medication once a day instead of twice a day; from 2/26-21 to 3/9/21 the child received 4mg instead of 2mg of a medication.
