A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2023 data from January 17, 2024, revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2023 by January 15, 2024, as required.
Based on the information obtained, one caregiver was utilizing their personal cellphone while caring for children.
Caregivers in the Toddler (Mercury) classroom was not aware of the ages of the six children present, in which they are responsible for.
Four caregivers were observed in caring for children without an active background check. Two out of four caregiver's background check was pending. Two out of four caregivers did not a background check submitted.
Infant feeding instructions were not available for review, and/or accessible for Licensing during the initial inspection. Reportedly, one out of three infants observed in care is not yet on table food. No documentation was available to review to verify the information.
Two caregivers observed in the Infant two classroom were observed utilizing their phone, and computer while children were observed in care during naptime. Caregivers were informed to remove, and/or put away equipment.
