Based on information obtained during the investigation interviews there is a sufficient amount of evidence to suggest that a child was hit with a hand while in care.

A caregiver present does not have a cleared background check. Caregiver stated she has been present since 03/03/2022.

First aid kit was lacking antiseptic and cotton balls. This was corrected at inspection when the director placed cotton balls and antiseptic in the first aid kit.

A caregiver present with 7 infants does not have a cleared background check.

Pre-K schedule is lacking 90 minutes of moderate to vigorous play. This was corrected at inspection when director changed the daily schedule .
