Based on the information obtained during the investigation, there is sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when the caregiver was seen on video flipping a child off a cot onto the floor when waking the child up from naptime, and grabbing another child by the arm and ankle lifting the child from the cot and placing the child on the floor while awaking the child from naptime. The caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when she was viewed on video leading a child by the hand and slinging the child down roughly where she wanted the child to sit. There was not enough evidence to support that the caregiver was roughly wiping a child during diaper changing.
