During the inspection I observed a caregiver without a cleared eligible background check supervising 4 infants. This was corrected when the director removed the caregiver from the classroom.
During the walkthrough of the playground I observed a bbq pit, waterhose and debris next to the outdoor shed as well as a broken fence board. The bbq pit was removed during the inspection and the fence board was repaired.
Through statements received throughout the investigation determined that a caregiver used profane language with a relative who was a child in care.
During review of transportation the fire extinguisher was not secured in vehicle as required.
During the walkthrough I observed the fence with a missing board.
