Children were observed watching a TV show called the house of payne in which is an adult sitcom and not age appropriate for children. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver turned of the TV

Center handbook was observed to be missing items. Abuse and Neglect requirements regarding methods for increasing awareness, prevention techniques, strategies for community engagement, and actions parents can take to obtain assistance. Safe sleep policies, breast feeding parents are not required to have background checks. Outdoor play is only listed at one hour. There are no sources for determining inclement weather policy. No policy regarding a suspension, only expulsion guidelines. Vaccine policy for staff members. Procedures for parents participating in activities. Wrong physical and website address were given to CCR.
First aid kit observed to me missing the antiseptic wipes. NOTE: owner procured wipes and corrected at inspection.
Feeding chairs were observed to be missing safety straps according to makers instructions.
