A four-year-old child with autism was put in a highchair for timeout This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver removed the child from the highchair.

One out of six caregivers was missing a high school diploma or equivalent.

A caregiver is present with children without a background check. This was corrected when I observed the caregiver leaving the building.

During rest time a six year-old child was not separated from the other students. This was correcter during the inspection when the caregiver moved the child to another classroom area.

Children under the age of two were observed having screen time. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the caregiver turn off the TV.

A child sitting in a higher chair was not properly strapped in. This was corrected during the inspection when the child was removed from the highchair.

Two plug electrical outlets in the preschool classroom did not have plug covers This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the caregiver place the plug covers in each socket

Children were observed watching a TV show called the house of payne in which is an adult sitcom and not age appropriate for children. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver turned of the TV

Three ceiling tiles were hanging/falling apart with and one of the ceiling tiles was showing pink installation.

A three month old infant was in the preschool classroom with a eight year old child. The youngest child was three months and the oldest child was eight. The specified age group was four and there was nineteen children in the classroom with two caregivers.

Center handbook was observed to be missing items. Abuse and Neglect requirements regarding methods for increasing awareness, prevention techniques, strategies for community engagement, and actions parents can take to obtain assistance. Safe sleep policies, breast feeding parents are not required to have background checks. Outdoor play is only listed at one hour. There are no sources for determining inclement weather policy. No policy regarding a suspension, only expulsion guidelines. Vaccine policy for staff members. Procedures for parents participating in activities. Wrong physical and website address were given to CCR.

First aid kit observed to me missing the antiseptic wipes. NOTE: owner procured wipes and corrected at inspection.

Feeding chairs were observed to be missing safety straps according to makers instructions.
