Information obtained during an investigation shows that the operation failed to demonstrate good judgement when they brushed ants off a child in the morning but did not check back on the child for ant bite reactions further in the day. The child was picked up by a parent at the end of the day with a swollen foot.

Infants were observed using high chairs that were equipped with safety straps. The safety straps were not fastened. The safety straps were immediately fastened by a caregiver when addressed, bringing the facility into compliance.
