During the unannounced inspection the floors needed to be swept and mopped in order to maintain a safe and clean environment for young children.

During the unannounced inspection, there were items inside the home and outside in the yard that were within the children's reach that posed a potenial hazard to the children. The items inside the home were moved out of the children's reach during the inspection.
