Operational policies are missing promotion of indoor and outdoor activities.

The operational policy stated that parents have access to the home but only by an appointment. This conflicts with minimum standards because parents do not have to have previous approval before accessing the home.

Primary Caregiver has not obtained any annual training hours since 2020.

The home was missing one smoke detector in one of her rooms. Another room was missing batteries for the smoke detector. The home only has one working smoke detector.

Each child at the home is younger than five years old. Only one of the children were given a nap/ rest time.

Operational policies are missing procedures for parents to view the homes most recent licensing report.

The operation does not have a current product safety. The last one was completed in 2021.

The primary caregiver does not have current CPR and first aid certification. The latest certification that the primary caregiver has expired on 7/2021.

At the time of arrival, the primary caregiver was not present. The caregiver present does not have a background check submitted to state whether or not she is eligible to be present at the operation. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver left the operation.
