During the inspection, cots were not labeled.

During the inspection fire drills had not been conducted since December of 2023.

During the inspection personnel records were not available for review during business hours to the licensing rep.

During the inspection the carbon monoxide detection system had not been tested since December of 2023.

During the inspection, I observed outdoors a fire pit with charcoal and the lid removed, overgrown grass, sharp broken toys and the electrical box open.

During the inspection, the primary caregiver nor any caregivers in the home had pediatric or adult First Aid or CPR.

During the inspection, the Product Certification had not been certified since 4/30/2023.

During the inspection, I observed feminine sanitary napkins, a water leak and dirty dishes in the sink accessible to children.

During the inspection, I observed several outlets with no covers. Note: This was corrected at the inspection.

During the inspection, I observed a dead insect in the kitchen area that had not been disposed.

During the inspection, there was a rusted paint brush, a corkscrew opener, screw drivers and an electric can opener accessible to children.

Ten knives in the 2 wooden holders were on the kitchen counter accessible to children. Note : corrected. The director removed all the knives to the shelve in kitchen cabinet inaccessible to children.

The fire extinguisher was not mounted. It was on the kitchen counter.

The director served the fire extinguisher 2A 10 BC instead of 3A 40 BC.

During the inspection the children bathroom drawer was missing the front part of it and nails was sticking out which was a hazard to the child in care. Note: This was corrected when the director removed the drawer, so it would not cause any hazards.

There was no smoke detector observed in one child care activity area.
