Based on the information obtained from the DFPS investigation, the bus driver failed to properly supervise the child in care. The bus driver did not use good judgment by allowing the child to remain asleep on the van when the child stated he did not feel well. The child should have been brought in the building, and the mother should have been called to inform her of his condition.
