At the time of inspection the parents of the child mentioned in the report had not been notified of the incident that was reported to the owner/director. An incident report was written out during the inspection time and will be given to the parents at the time of pick up.

It was determined and noted during this investigation that the caregiver mentioned did pull, hit, pinch, yell, and mistreat children that are enrolled into care. Compliance was met for this deficiency during the inspection, as the caregiver mentioned in this report is no longer employed at the facility following the incident that took place. Training on discipline/guidance is scheduled to take place this week with all staff present.
