An infant was observed to be using a walker. This was corrected when the caregiver removed the infant from the walker.

There are alot of small red ants in the older infant room.
Two older infants were observed sitting on two broken chairs. These chairs are hook on high chairs that attached to the table. This was corrected when the children were removed from the chairs and placed on other chairs that were not broken. The broken chairs were set aside.
Two individuals were present in the center and were included in ratio, which meant there were left alone with the children despite not having complete background checks.
There were food crumbs, harden food and dirt on the older infant's room between the ABC mats and under the mats.
Infant classroom was one infant over ratio with the specified age of 0-11 months. The older infant classroom was over ratio by 2 with the specified age group of 12-17 months. The toddler room was over ratio by 3 with a specified age group of 2 year olds. This was corrected at inspection, when 2 staff members were counted in ratio and 3 children were sent home to come in compliance with ratios.
The infant classroom was observed out of ratio during naptime. There was a total of 6 infants with a specified age group of 12-17 months, with only one caregiver. This was corrected when a second caregiver joined the room.
A child had a seizure at the operation and was take to the hospital by EMS. The operation did not notify CCR about the incident within 48 hours.
