During the inspection a portion of a toddler room was observed to be damaged exposing drywall to the children.
During the inspection the loose fill was observed to be packed down to an extent that made it only around 2 inches deep.
During my inspection I observed the infant room and found that the 1 infant who is not on table food had not had their feeding instructions updated since June 1st.
