A cabinet lock in the infant room was not functioning allowing the infants access to multiple chemicals. On the playground screws were also observed to be exposed in reach of children. The lock was corrected at inspection, the caregiver added new locks onto the cabinet.

During a walk through of the center I observed 2 classrooms that had the television on while it was not in use.
During the investigation it was found that the operation did have 4 recent Covid-19 cases that they did not report to CCR within the required time frame.
Bucket Seats do not have safety straps and a toddler was observed sitting in one of the seats.
Five peronnel records were missing the required training.
Activity plans were not available at inspection.
After diapering, a child was placed on the floor without their hands being washed. The caregiver was notified and washed the child's hands immediately
Two blue/green mats were observed to be torn with foam exposed making them unable to be sanitized.
