During the follow-up inspection the televisions were re-cited when they were not anchored to prevent tipping. They were all removed during the inspection and cannot be present back at the operation until they are mounted or anchored.
During the follow-up inspection it was found that the daily grounds safety checklist was still not being completed in full each day. This was recited and a blank form was emailed to operation to use moving forward.

During the inspection the weather was 75 degrees with no chance of rain in the forecast and none of the children played outdoors during their scheduled time.
