The operation did not have a copy of the annual health inspection for review.
Electrical cords coming from an electrical surge protector was exposed and accessible to the children. This was corrected when the caregiver removed the surge protector and covered the wall plug with a cover.
There was no copy of the annual fire inspection for review.
