During the inspection television screens were observed in the classrooms with children under the age of two. This was corrected at the inspection when the caregivers turned off the television monitors in the rooms.

During the inspection, the unitary surfacing installed did not cover the use zone for two of the spring rockers.

A 6 month old infant was observed sleeping in a crib with a bib around their neck.

During the inspection, the director did not allow the inspector to conduct a complete monitoring inspection.

During the inspection there was no loose fill observed under the spring rockers on the playground area.

Infants younger than 12 months were observed in cribs with blankets and pillows. This was corrected when blankets and pillows were removed.

The infant classroom had 5 children (3-9 months) with one caregiver. This was corrected when one infant was picked up from the operation.

During the inspection it was found that a caregiver was present and caring for children with out a background check. This was corrected at inspection with the caregiver was removed from the classroom and left the operation. The operation also initated the background check process during the inspection.
