There were 8 infant feeding instructions that were not updated since 2021.

There were 4 sheets observed in cribs that were not snug fitting.

During the 3rd initial inspection it was observed that one of the rooms did not have adequate lighting during naptitme to allow for complete and safe supervision.

During the 2nd initial inspection it was observed that there was 1 caregiver with 7 infants, ranging from 4 -11 months old. Caregiver was over ratio by 3 infants.

During the initial inspection it was observed a toddler, with an unlabeled bottle, was able to walk around the classroom with their bottle.

During the 2nd initial inspection it was observed that children under 2 years old were watching TV.

During the 2nd initial inspection it was observed that the caregivers were not following their posted daily activity schedule. Including, but not limited to, not going outside during the morning hours as scheduled.

During the 2nd initial inspection 2/3 children files reviewed did not have a health statement on file.

During the inspection it was observed that there was an individual present at the operation with direct access to the children before the operation had received notification from the CBCU that the subject of a background check was eligible to be present.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the operation was not completing their daily grounds checklist.

During the application inspection it was observed that the infant room did not have an adult sized rocker present.

During the application inspection the operational policies were reviewed and they were found to be missing a few sections such as breastfeeding accommodations, suspension/expulsion policies, safe sleep policy, insect/sunscreen policy, and promotion of physical activities for operation.
