This was corrected during the inspection when the owner tested the fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detector system and recorded the date of the tests on the safety documentation log.
Substitutions were made to the foods served at lunchtime but were not recorded on the posted menu. This was corrected during the inspection when the director made a new menu with the substitutions recorded and posted it.
