During the investigation inspection there were missing ceiling tiles observed in the toddler restroom area and rust build up in some of the toilets.

The infant room contained a 7 week old and 21 month old in the same classroom. This was corrected at the inspection when the 21 month old was moved to a different classroom.

After reviewing infant feeding instructions, three infants not yet ready for table food did not have updated feeding instructions on file for review. The most recent feeding instructions were dated October of 2022.

During a walk-through of the childcare facility, an electrical outlet was observed to be accessible to infants in the infant classroom. The classroom was observed to have walking infants. A safety cover was immediately placed over the electrical outlet, bringing the facility into compliance.

During a walk-through of the childcare facility, a hallway needed to be cleaned as there were infant gates, blankets and debris on the floor which presented a health hazard for children in care. This was corrected at inspection when the hallway was cleaned.
