The caregiver did not wash the child's hands after changing the child's diaper. This was corrected at the inspection when the caregiver was observed doing diaper changes and washing the children hands.

The diaper changing mat in the toddler room was observed with rips and tares. This was corrected at the inspection when the director replaced the mat with a new one.

During the walk through, toilets in the classrooms had not been flushed. The porcelain backing of the toilet was laid across a shelf and accessible to the children posing a potential risk. This was corrected at inspection when the toilets were flushed and the porcelain back was place on the toilet.

There was an outlet that was uncovered and accessible to children in an infant classroom and a toddler classroom. This was corrected at inspection when both outlets were covered using a safety cover.
Children in the toddler classroom were observed napping in one corner of the room where all of their mats or cots were touching and combined resulting in no walk space between the children. This was corrected at inspection when children were separated to allow for adequate spacing.
