Outdoor area needed maintenance on the grass, grass was to long.

The first aid kit was reviewed the antiseptic wipes were expired. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver brought new antiseptic wipes to put into the first aid kit.

The television was playing Encanto the movie while children were in care. There were no planned actives that went along with the movie. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver turned off the television.

During inspection it was observed that in the outdoor area there were stools of the animal that lives at the home. NOTE: this was corrected at inspection when caregiver cleaned the outdoor area by picking up the stools.

An antibacterial soap was seen under the sink in the restroom, making it accessible to the children. The label on the soap stated to keep away from children. In the outdoor area there was a bottle of Engine Oil and a bottle of Industrial Strength Hand-Cleaning Wipes accessible to the children. NOTE: These were corrected at inspection when caregiver made the items inaccessible to the children.
