Given the child's history of sexually acting out, the foster parent failed to provide the level of supervision necessary to ensure the children's safety and wellbeing. The baby monitors placed as a plan of safety were reported to be compromised, therefore the foster parent was not aware of the children's ongoing activities. Also, the children were left upstairs while the foster parent prepared meals downstairs.

Child placement management staff did not consider the child's history when they approved for a child in care to sleep in a room with a child that had a history of sexual aggression and just recently sexually acted out with another child in care.
A caregiver failed to adhere to the child's rights to be free of abuse, neglect, and exploitation as defined in Texas Family Code 261.001 when the caregiver failed to appropriately supervise the children knowing that there was a history of sexual aggression.
A caregiver did not follow the children's supervision portion of their service plan when leaving the children unattended in a vehicle. The caregiver did not take into account the children's high risk behaviors and disabilities when leaving them unattended.
One drawer was broken, the side landing on 3 of the stairs was exposed/damaged, pantry door has a large hole and 1 board outside was broken. Foster parent stated she has an appointment with a handyman.
