The last documented fire drill on the emergency practices forms was for 2/15/24. A fire drill for March of 2024 was not documented. This was corrected during the inspection. A fire drill was successfully completed with an exit time of 50 seconds. This was documented placing the operation back into compliance.

Rolling Plains Management Corporation staff or operational staff failed to notify CCR of the reduction of indoor space. CCR advised in May of 2023 during annual monitoring inspection that reduction or change of space must be reported prior to re-opening 2023-2024 school year. This citation was corrected during the inspection. The reduced space was re-measured.
