During inspection, the last fire inspection documented was dated 9/6/2023.

During the inspection, 6 month old was observed with bottle and boppy pillow during feeding in the crib.

Children under 2 years old were observed watching television during the inspection. Screen time is prohibited for children under the age of two.

During the inspection, one of the children's infant feeding sheet was not completed along with parents signature.

The CPR certification is expired for all caregivers.

The first aid certification is expired for all caregivers.

There are no annual training records available for review by licensing.

I did not observe documentation to show CO alarm, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher tested.

Staff files were not available during my inspection.

Two children files were missing an emergency contact. Two children files were missing an address to their emergency contact. Note: These were corrected during my inspection.

There is no documentation of the fire drills being conducted.

The sheets do not fit snuggly on the mattresses causing an entanglement concern.

A smoke detector was heard beeping during the inspection.
