A caregiver was observed not washing a child's hands after diapering them.

A classroom with four twelve month old children was observed without a caregiver.

There were six 12 month old children with one caregiver in classroom two. The classroom was out of ratio by one child.

An outlet was observed without a cover in the infant room. The caregiver placed in cover in the outlet during the inspection.

A staff was observed entering the building from driving the van. The same staff was later seen in the lobby area of the operation with access to children. The staff was present prior to the operation receiving the results of the person's eligibility from CBCU. The staff left the operation.

One caregiver was observed caring for 5 infants ages 3-11 months. The room was out of ratio by 1.

Two children were observed going to the restroom in an area of the building with no caregiver supervision.

Two caregivers were observed iwith access to children before a determination was made on their background check.

Does not yet have liability insurance, but have a meeting to get it set up later today.

There is not currently a qualified director in place. One director cannot cover two childcare centers. The person who will be director will not be qualified until the end of March 2022.
