The second caregiver had stepped out of the classroom, leaving the child/caregiver ratio deficient. Note: It was corrected during inspection when the second caregiver returned to the classroom.
Two infants ages 7 months and 10 months were observed sleeping in bouncers. Note: Infants were moved to cribs during inspection.

Outdoor activity space is not ready for use by children. The space has clutter and there is not a clear path to access the outdoor space without having to use the parking lot area.
