A can of disinfectant spray was in the children's restroom and accessible to children. There was a trash can with diapers with the lip open and diapers were not individually sealed. In the outdoor area, there was trash including an used mask inside a sand box. Note: Deficiency was corrected at inspection. Provider locked cabinet containing disinfecting spray, cleaned the diaper pail and replaced the bag and trash was removed from the playground.
